We need these so bad. Skills that would only work in RA.

ALL CLASSES:

Signet of n00b detection
Time: 1 sec
Recharge: 20 sec
Signet. Display target players Build, Herorank, gladrank, and currently displayed title in all chat. If that player is currently using a PvE title, you steal 25 faction from that player.

Signet Of n00b banishment
Time: 1 Sec
Recharge: 15 Sec
Elite Signet. If target human ally is not rank9 or glad3 and is a PvE character or does not have a secondary profession, that player is removed from your team. If an ally was removed this way, that ally is replaced by the next player waiting in the Random arena Queue room.

Sigent of perfect ragequtting
time: 1/4
Recharge: 0
Signet: for 30 seconds, if at any time you do not have a monk on your team or 2 or more of your allies are dead, you ragequit back to the battle isles. for 1...7 hours, you cannot be randomly rolled to be placed with the same team members again. ( att: Gladiator title )

"LOL RA"
cost: 5
Shout: Ragequit back to the battle isles. Gain 30...125 faction. ( att: hero title )

CLASS SPECIFIC

ASSASSIN:
"Everyone else has had more sex then me !"
cost: 5
Recharge: 10
Shout: for 3....9 seconds you cannot be the target of enemy skills, cannot be attacked, and move 50% faster. If the match timer reaches 1 hour, you win the match. This skill ends if you have any living allies, attack, or use a skill. ( att: shadow arts )

MONK:
"I dont heal nub."
Cost: 5
Recharge: 10
Shout: for 10 seconds, all allies in earshot gain 10% more health when healed, and all allies that were not within earshot gain 20% less.

RANGER:
ZOMG LAZAR PEW PEW
Cost: 10
Recharge: 30
Stance. For 1....10 seconds you attack 33% faster but fire arrows randomly in all directions at randomly targeted foes. These arrows have a 5...15% chance to interrupt something. ( att: marksmanship )

NECROMANCER:
Leech off the leecher:
Cost: 10
Recharge: 10
Enchantment spell: For 10 seconds, if target other ally does not move, attack, or use a skill, this enchantment spell ends and you steal 90...300 health and 5....25 energy from that ally. ( att: blood magic )

MESMER:
"This is a mesmer's lot in life"
Cost: 5
Recharge: 15
Shout: for 20 seconds, if your health drops below 50% you begin running in a random direction and move 50% faster for 10 seconds. While running due to this skill, you do the mesmer tapdance. ( 50% failure with fast casting 3 or less )

PARAGON:
"Lawl Im useless !!11one one!!"
cost: 5
Recharge: 15
Shout. ( att: leadership )

ELEMENTALIST:
Way of the psychotic ele
cost: 25
recharge: 15
Enchantment spell. For 20 Seconds you cannot be healed, cannot use stances, lose all enchanments other then way of the psychotic ele, and have 75% less maximum health. All your elemental attributes are doubled.

WARRIOR:
"1v1 ME !!11!1!eleven!"
cost: 10
Recharge: 5 minutes
Shout: You and target foe lose all conditions/hexes and are removed from the match and placed into a small arena for 1 minute. If you were under the effects of mending, this skill lasts 1....10 minutes longer. ( att: Tyrian explorer title )

RITUALIST:
Happy place
cost: 15
Recharge: 25
Spell. Create every spirit in the game at your current location. These spirits die after 2...4 seconds. ( att: gamer title track )

DERVISH:
Quitters boon.
Cost: 5
Recharge: 20
Enchantment spell: All nearby allies lose 25 faction. for 20 seconds your attacks deal fire damage. When this enchantment ends, you gain 5...15 energy for each ally that ragequit.

Sardelac is for constructive suggestions for Guild Wars, not talking some typical RA players and turning them into skills.
